Heidi's Hall on www.etsy.com

I'm selling some cool art on Etsy.
It's like an ebay... but for hand made and crafty things.
I have made 9 mosaics with magazine papers and I think they look pretty cool.
I lost some hours this summer and was hoping to sell some to make up for my lost $ and to fill my time.
Check it out... Heidi's Hall... let me know what you think...

Spring time
Our new plants...
we have 4 tomato, 2 bell pepper, a jalapenos, peppers, basil, parsley and chives.

Shaw made this very cool plant stand with me his hot and handy helper.
bell peppers
jalapenos

These are some wild berries I picked from behind our property... in the wilderness... there are a ton... but not many ready to eat yet.
My birthday bonsai tree from Shaw... it's cool. Trying not to kill it.

our doors
A blog about doors. ok. Possibly kinda boring for you... but not for me.
Shaw put in a new front door a week ago. It is awesome. My 2 favorite parts about it is that:
It opens with ease (which our old one did not do towards the end of it's life) and
It lets in some light. (old one also did not provide that)

I also think it looks quite nice too.

This project has been long over due. I finally thought of a good way to fix the ugly swan and flowery frosted glass on the door to the water heater and cleaning stuff closet. A few weeks ago I think Shaw said something like "I'm surprised you haven't done anything to those yet"... and well... I was too... so I did. I used scrapbook paper and taped it up. I think it looks cool I think, it might be a little busy but that hallway (going up to our room) is boring... like most hallways. I think I like it and hopefully Shaw does too...

Our adventure in the city....
Curt and my mom have come and gone... here are a few pictures of our adventure in the city.
We had 2 awesome suites at the Monteleon Hotel in New Orleans 6 floor up above Royal St. in the heart of the French Quarter... It was a great and relaxing time.
This picture of Shaw and I is on the roof. We could see the Mississippi river from our room.
